Tom Dean came up with the request for a rule that seperated hobby/personal/business use of more which resulted in the 99 plant, 44 plant, $50,000 rule which resulted in nothing but fighing of people saying the numbers are wrong.
Should have left it undefined which would not have caused any arguments.
Tom Dean claimed we needed a "marijuana commission" or "marijuana department" to stop the Feds from micro-manageing Arizona marijuana users. He even wrote the blurb to give himself a job. That got shot down when we all decided we don't want a stinking marijuana department.
At the meeting with Demitri Downing, Tom Dean came up with limiting the number of licenses to sell marijuana to the number of liquor licenses. Did Tom Dean do it because he supports MPP, or supports Demitri Downing?
Tom Dean didn't show up at 2 of the meetings. Thank God I didn't attent those two. Is he trying to drag out our initiative?
The initiative is over a month late, and that's probably because Tom Dean hasn't been doing his part. He was supposed to rewrite most of it in legalize.
Last night he came up with the licene fee of $30,000 for growing a stinking 1,000 plants. Jesus, that's $30 a plant. While Alex said the 1st license is a measly $25 for 1 to 999 plants.
