Gotta thank Ray Stern for saying this about the RAD or Relegalize All Drugs initiative. Of course I don't think the voters would have any problem approving the RAD bill to legalize marijuana.

Ray Stern Kevin -- did you forget the AZFMR bill specifically wrote marijuana felonies into itself? Only Mickey Jones' RAD had "true legalization." Not that voters would approve something much more liberal than the MPP bill.
