I suspect a large percent of this money which the cops steal under "anti-racketeering" laws is from people accused of victimless marijuana crimes.
Sadly the cops seem to be mostly concerned about arresting people for victimless drug war crimes because of the money they can steal from the people they arrest or accuse of crimes.
Pima County sheriff: Chief deputy indicted, resigns post Associated Press 7:34 a.m. MST October 11, 2016 TUCSON — Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos says his chief deputy has been indicted and resigned. Nanos says an indictment accuses Chris Radtke of misusing funds seized under anti-racketeering laws. Radtke did not immediately respond to a request for comment left at a Tucson phone listed in his name, and it's not immediately known whether he has an attorney who could comment on the allegations. Nanos' announcement Monday night said he won't comment on an investigation conducted by another agency but says his department has procedures to monitor expenditures of anti-racketeering funds. The Arizona Daily Star reported in February that the FBI was investigating spending on a cafe operated by Radtke's niece inside the sheriff's headquarters. The FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office did not immediately respond to inquiries Tuesday.
