I would like to complain for my homeless friend Bennet Yazzie about one of those Orbit bus drives that refuses to pick up people that she thinks are homeless. Yazzie is a Navajo Indian. On Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at around 9:00 pm to 9:20 pm at the Tempe Transit Center, Bennett Yazzie got on her Orbit bus and got her employee number which is 2001122. If its the bus driver I think she is, she locks her purse to the first seat on the right side of the bus which prevents passengers from sitting there. The lady is an *sshole who has refused to pick me up once. He thinks he was on the Venus CounterClockwize bus. He would like to complain that a number of times she has refused to pick him up when she was driving an Orbit bus. It's outrageous that the City of Tempe and Valley Metro allow their bus drives to refuse service to homeless people. Homeless people are shaken down for the sales taxes that pay for those Orbit buses. And homeless people deserve to ride on the Orbit buses like anybody else that pays taxes. I am also filing a claim for Yazzie against the city of Tempe and Valley Metro for damages against the city of Tempe and Valley Metro. He will settle out of court for $1 million. |
