Phoenix City Councilman Sal DiCiccio says f*ck the Arizona Constitution and f*ck the US Constitution, I'm going to use my position in government to force my Christian religion on you.
Here is an e-mail I got from Phoenix City Councilman Sal DiCiccio Sal DiCiccio is a flaming *sshole who loves the police. It sounds like Sal DiCiccio is also a flaming Christian *sshole who is doing the best he can to use his job as a member of the Phoenix City Council to shove his Christian religion down our throats.

Sal DiCiccio May 6, 2016 10:06 AM Dear Friends, On Wednesday May 4th, 2016, the 65 year tradition of Prayer returned to the Phoenix Council. Police Chaplain Robert Fesmire shared the invocation with all in attendance. It was a hard fought battle to restore prayer that you helped us fight and win. As you may know, the vote to ban prayer was a result of a satanic group out of Tucson pushing to conduct the invocation. Rather than fight for the 65 year tradition of prayer, the Mayor and Council on February 3, 2016 on a 5-4 vote, voted to ban prayer at the city council meetings. With the help of City Councilmembers Michael Nowakowski, Bill Gates, and Jim Waring and myself we worked tirelessly with the faith community to bring prayer back to the City of Phoenix. The faith based community stood up and was heard by the council and I want you to know that that made the difference. The best news is that not only did we bring prayer back, but we institutionalized prayer in a city ordinance. In the past prayer was an informal event at the City of Phoenix. Now, by making it an ordinance it will be much more difficult to ban or change it again. Thank you for all of your help and support. This would not have been accomplished without your help.
