Armed robbery in court room 801SourceToday Friday, June 17, 2016 at 9:30 I witnessed an armed robbery in court room 801 in the Maricopa County Court house. Well, it might not have been an armed robbery, it may have been extortion or some type of criminal fraud by the state of Arizona against Rain Baker. Or probably a combination of armed robbery, fraud and extortion. I'm not sure but I think Judge Gregory Como was the one who pulled off this armed robbery. The Judge clearly said that Rain Baker didn't have ANY criminal intent when she put on her Farmers Markets that helped poor, sick medical marijuana patients who could afford the rip off prices the medical marijuana dispensaries charge. But still the Judge shook Rain Baker down for $18,000 in fines. The government will probably deny that and say the only shook down Rain for $10,000 and the other $8,000 was a mandatory court surcharge on the $10,000. When government bureaucrats talk like that and have mandatory surcharges that almost double the fine, they should be charged with fraud or some sort of misrepresentation. The Judge also shook down Rain Baker for another $780 in cold hard cash. That's a $65 a month fee for her supervised probation. Why the f*ck does Rain need supervised probation when the Judge clearly said she had no criminal intent in what she did. Well if you ask me it was a way for the government to steal almost another thousand buck from her. Several times in the court hearings Rain Bakers attorney Tom Dean said Rain consulted with her lawyers and was advised that every thing about here medical marijuana farmers markets were legal. It was also mentioned that numerous time Rain Baker consulted with the Phoenix Police to ensure that she was complying with all the legal aspects of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act. Let's face it the "War on Drugs" and the "War on Marijuana" isn't about protecting us from dangerous pot smokers. The "War on Drugs" is nothing more then a jobs program for cops, prosecutors, judge, probation officers and other folks who make big buck by arresting people for victimless marijuana crimes and using the court system to shake them down for money. And using the RICO laws to seize their bank accounts, homes and cars. This is why many people hate the police and criminal injustice system. Rain Baker is an honest law abiding citizens who got railroaded and robbed by the "War on Drugs". I can't prove this but I suspect that the folks at MPP or the Marijuana Policy Project are also partly responsible for the State of Arizona robbing Rain Baker for $18,000. When you read Prop 203 or Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act which was written by Andrew Myers crew it reads like an act that was designed to make the medical marijuana dispensaries rich. Sadly it seems like the folks that wrote Prop 203 intentionally left in most of the felony charges related to medical marijuana so that they could use them to throw anybody in prison that cuts into their lucrative monopoly on medical marijuana. Some people think that one of the medical marijuana dispensaries turned Rain Baker into the police because they felt her Farmers Markers that allowed poor medical marijuana patients to get marijuana cheaper then the rip off $300 prices that most of the dispensaries charge. I don't know if that is true or not, but I think there may be a good chance there is. In this July 12, 2014 article in the Arizona Republic it sure sounds like Andrew Myers and the folks at the Arizona Dispensary Association are turning people into the police that cut into the profits of the medical marijuana dispensaries - http://www.azcentral.com/story/news/local/phoenix/2014/07/07/phoenix-medical-marijuana-dispensaries/12317613/ This is another good reason people should vote NO on the phoney baloney MPP initiative to legalize marijuana in Arizona.
"Only an $18,000 fine"Mickey Jones In a different group, Dave Inman made a comment of something like "Only an $18,000" fine.Dave Inman Is that all she got? He didn't seem concerned or upset that Rain was robbed of $18,000 for a victimless crime that hurt no one. Or a crime she didn't even know she was committing. Of course Dave Inman is the husband of Kathy Inman. And Kathy Inman's son-in-law, Andrew Myers was involved in writing Prop 203 and is or was the President of the Arizona Dispensary Association. Some people think the dispensaries turned Rain Baker into the police because she was cutting into their profits by helping poor medical marijuana patients get low cost marijuana, rather then the rip off $300 an ounce weed the dispensaries sell. |
