Back in the days before I discovered the Arizona Libertarian Party f*cked me over by spreading lies about me that I was a government snitch Powell Gammill was one of the few people I talked to. I talked to Ricky Duncan a lot. I also talked Tim McDermit near the end. I talked to Ernie Hancock or Ernest Hancock too, but I really don't like him because in my opinion he is nothing but a loud mouth publicity hound that never shuts up. The guy can talk for hours and say the same thing over and over and over and over. A good example of this is Ernie's Western Libertarian group. I think he called it something like: Western Libertarian AllianceFrom day one that seemed like a group that was designed to create publicity for Ernest Hancock. Another example of a publicity stunt that backfired in Ernie Hancock's face was when Ernie asked the community to watch him get arrested as he entered a government building with a gun. I think it was the Arizona Department of Revenue. He must have sent out a gazzilion emails asking the Libertarian community to witness his arrest. I thought it was really DUMB, because why was he going to face felony charges with a dumb publicity stunt by entering a government building with a gun. Of course when it came time for Ernie Hancock to get arrested he wimped out. His lawyer Marc Victor was at the event and told Ernie not to do it because it would be a felony. And then Ernie took his lawyers advice and changed his mind and didn't continue with his publicity stunt as promised. Most of us think Ernest Hancock lied this about the whole time and never had any intention of getting arrested. With me, that was the final straw. At that point I decided to NEVER support any of Ernie's dumb publicity stunts again. I was screwed over by a guy named David Dorn who Ernie Hancock told me was spreading lies about me saying that I was a government snitch. David Dorn runs an insurance company call Dorn Agency. From the few times I have heard David Dorn talk at his F.R.E.E. Supper Club he sounds like a stuck up *sshole who thinks he is Gods give to mankind because he is rich. I remember him talking at the FREE Supper Club, that his favorite weapon as a freedom fighter was a golf 9 iron, which he uses at the country club. I suspect David Dorns message was that he is better then the rest of us because he is a rich guy who can afford to join a country club. I was also screwed over by another guy named Marc Victor. Marc Victor is a self proclaimed Libertarian freedom fighting lawyer. Like David Dorn and Ernie Hancock, Marc Victor seems to also consider himself God's gift to mankind. That's one reason I don't like Marc Victor. I don't like anybody that thinks they are so great you should bow down and respect them. The real problem I have with Marc Victor is that his law firm owes me $3,000. Marc Victor and his partner Mark Hall won a lawsuit for me an got me $10,000. They agreed to take 20% of the lawsuit for their fee. That is $2,000. Instead of keeping their $2,000, they kept $5,000 and still owe me $3,000. I suspect I have been screwed by Marc Victor's law firm Victor & Hall and will never get a penny of the $3,000 they own me. Sadly a lot of Libertarians are just like Republicans and Democrats and will feed you a bunch of lies to get your business. I would recommend that you NEVER do business with Marc Victor or his current law firm. I would also say the same thing about doing business with David Dorn, Ernest Hancock or anybody in Ernie Hancock gang of phoney baloney Libertarian friends. They love bragging about how they are freedom fighting Libertarians, but they behave more like sleazy Republicans and Democrats. I used to like Powell Gammill, but I suspect he was sneaking around my back spreading lies about me like David Dorn. Sadly a lot of Libertarians are sleaze bags, just like the Republicans and Democrats.

Here are some things that you may or may not know about Powell... An NAU graduate, and a 50 year Arizona resident. Occupations: Molecular Biologist, Laboratory Manager, Clinical Virologist, Microbiologist I was a tool of the state for many years, until I got a harsh lesson that the only mission in government is to make your bosses shine. Private industry pays. But the market for non-clinical molecular biology or infectious disease lab managers is very small in Phoenix. I am now your Senior Editor for Freedom's Phoenix. Political Bio: I became interested in libertarian philosophy in the late 70's, getting an introduction to it from a Flagstaff physician, Dr. Murray Feldstein. I left the Republican Party sometime in the early 90's disillusioned by their behavior and specifically the lack of criticism for the socialist legislation being offered by John McCain. I discovered the Arizona Libertarian Party (www.AZLP.org) a few years later. And was very involved from early 1999, until the corrupt Arizona Appellate Court black robes handed control of the AZLP over to the State. Is there anything more antithetical to libertarianism than that? The black robes are above the people's right to freely associate. After that, I left the Party, but continued my activism as part of the Western Libertarian Alliance (www.WesternLibertarian.org) . My Philosophy: Freedom good! Government bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. I will not initiate force, or fraud against any individual. I will resist those who do when prudent with all means at my disposal. I will approach all individuals with the idea of interacting with them through mutually agreed upon conditions. What other political or personal philosophy do you need? And wouldn't the world be a more peaceful place if everyone learned to mind their own business?
