Here is a copy of their rules and regulation for camping at the PIR NASCAR races in Phoenix.
Camping_Rules_and_Regulations_Fall_2015pdf.pdfSince the rules and regulations are so one sided and more or less say PIR can take your money but owes you nothing in return I suspect that if they are sued over them they will be declared unreasonable because they don't have any "consideration" in them.
PRI and Phoenix International Raceway are NOT
the company that puts on the races. They are both
DBA or Doing Business As names for Phoenix Speedway Corp or Phoenix Speedway LLC

![]() You may not have heard of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department, but you almost certainly have heard of Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who runs the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department and is proud of being the meanest and most sadistic Sheriff in the world. Stacy Theis rented a space to park her Cannabus for the NASCAR races in Phoenix at the Phoenix International Raceway that ran the week of March 8 thru 13 in 2016. Stacy isn't a new comer to this and she does it almost every year. Stacy enjoys the races. And Stacy doesn't just do this in Phoenix, Arizona she has been doing it at NASCAR races all over the USA. Stacy Theis is also a freedom fighter who wants to legalize marijuana. And that's why Stacy drives her Cannabus, which has the word "marijuana" or pictures of "marijuana" painted on just about every square inch of the Cannabus. Stacy is tired of the insane "War on Drugs" which has turned America into the worlds largest police state and filled up America's prisons with people who have committed the victimless crime of using marijuana. Stacy wasn't selling any commercial products. Stacy wasn't even selling any non-commercial products. Stacy was just using her Cannabus to help the folks at AZfmr or Arizonans for Mindful Regulation promote their voter initiative to legalize marijuana in Arizona. Stacy had a table in front of her Canabus which had lots of free literature with documentation on why marijuana should be legalize. And of course documentation why Arizona voters should sign the AZfmr petitions to get their initiative on the ballot and have marijuana legalized in Arizona. In addition to having her table with marijuana related literature on it Stacy was allowing Arizona voters to sign the AZfmr petitions to legalize marijuana in Arizona. Stacy was at the event from Tuesday till Thursday and she got nothing but support for her efforts to legalize marijuana from the other fans. Nor did Stacy get any complaints from the folks at PIR for her Cannabus. Then on Friday, March 11, the police from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (aka, Sheriff Joe Arpaio Joes goons), along with Gail Powers and a number of other employees from the Phoenix International Raceway came by the Cannabus and complained that it was in violation of their rental agreement. There only had two complaints. The first complaint was that the signs which said: Sign here to legalize |

were in violation of the rental agreement and are
are "solicitation"
They demanded that Stacy remove all the signs. Within 15 minutes Stacy removed all the signs and the folks at PIR seemed happy. There second complain was that when people were asked to sign the petitions which legalize marijuana in Arizona, that was solicitation and that was in violation of the rental agreement. The ordered Stacy to stop asking people to sign the petitions. Oddly they didn't complain about all the other signs on the Cannabus which supported marijuana use, promoted "Jury Nullification" or endorsed L.E.A.P, or Law Enforcement Against Prohibition. LEAP is a group of hard nosed cops who know the "War on Drugs" is a dismal failure and support legalizing not only marijuana, but legalizing ALL drugs. They also told us that while we could NOT ask people to sign our petitions to legalize marijuana, that people could sign the petition if we didn't ask them. That made me change may tactics, to get people to sign the petitions. Instead of asking people to sign the initiative, I would talk to people I met about legalizing marijuana, and if they asked me to sign the petition I would let them. At that point in time we thought Stacy and the Cannabus were in full compliance with the rules of the PIR. Last during that time frame, I shot all of photos on the web page and the police from the Maricopa County Sheriff Office didn't hider me in any way or try to prevent me from taking the photos. On Saturday, March 12 things got ugly. At the beginning of the day several employees came by the Cannabus and chatted with Stacy and the gang and told them everything was OK, and they were in complete compliance with the PIR rules. Then about an hour later a gang of thugs from the Maricopa County Sheriff Office showed up and raided the Cannabus. They claimed they were sent by the management of the Phoenix International Raceway and gave Stacy 15 minutes to load all her stuff and get the f*ck off their property. The police criminals shut off the cameras which were videotaping them and gave us the line of BS that we don't have any Constitutional right to videotape police. Some thing is an outright lie based on at least one US Supreme Court decision. Yesterday (Monday April 4, 2016) I was told that the cops threatened to take Dave's videos, but they didn't. The people I was with arrived shortly after that. When I got their after taking a few minutes to check out things, I got out my camera and I was going to shoot a bunch of photos like I did on Friday, but an armed criminal thug with the Maricopa Sheriff Office told me I would be arrested if I shot any photos, violating my 1st Amendment rights. The armed criminal from the Maricopa Sheriff Office also ordered me at gun point to help load up the Cannabus, which is a violation of my 13th Amendment Constitutional right. The Thirteenth Amendment forbids slavery, except when a person has been convicted of a crime. The armed police thug also lied to me and told me that they were going to illegally search the Cannabus for drugs and if any drugs were found everybody who was circulating the petitions to legalize marijuana would be arrested. Here I am, only being at the scene for 3 minutes or less, and I had not set foot on the Cannabus and a police terrorist is threatening to search the Cannabus and jail me for any drugs found on it. The good news was the police didn't falsely arrest anybody. Nor did the cops beat up anybody. Personally I am not sure if it was the idea of the management of Phoenix International Raceway to kick the Cannabus out of the NASCAR race event. I suspect the the police who hate marijuana users and love the "War on Drugs" for the fat paychecks it gives cops encouraged the management at PIR to boot the Cannabus out of the Phoenix International Raceway. That's just my thoughts. I lot of people disagree with me on that.
