RAD or Relegalize All DrugsRAD or Relegalize All Drugs filed two initiative to legalize drugs in Arizona.On initiative just legalizes marijuana. The other initiative legalizes all drugs including heroin, cocaine, and meth. The RAD initiative is the only initiative that actually legalizes either marijuana or all other drugs. Both of the RAD initiatives are a measly 11 lines long and completely legalize either marijuana or all drugs.
AZfmr or Arizonans for Mindful RegulationAZfmr or Arizonans for Mindful Regulation filed two copies of this initiative with the Arizona Secretary of State. Here are the PDF files for both of those initiative.When you compare the AZfmr initiate to the RAD initiative it sucks the big one. The AZfrm initiative only legalizes up to one ounce of marijuana. Anything between one ounce and 8 ounces is a petty misdemeanor. Anything over 8 ounces is a felony. The AZfrm initiative only allows a person to grow up to 12 marijuana plants. Anything between 12 plants and 98 plants is a petty misdemeanor. Anything from 99 plants is a felony.

Here are the PDF files for both of those initiative.And of course the MPP initiative really sucks the big one. The MPP initiative was not written to legalize marijuana. It was written to make the owners of the 85 or so medical marijuana dispensaries that financed it wealthy. The MPP initiative only legalizes one ounce of marijuana leaf or 5 grams of concentrated marijuana. Anything over 5 grams of concentrated marijuana is a felony. Anything between 1 ounce and 2.5 ounces of marijuana leaf is a misdemeanor. Anything over 2.5 ounces of marijuana leaf is a felony. Under the MPP initiative a single person can grow up to 6 plants, in an enclosed locked area. Anything over 6 plants is a felony. Under the MPP initiative a household can grow up to 12 plants, in an enclosed locked area. Anything over 12 plants is a felony.
