I'm sure all the people I know that are against the phoney baloney MPP or Marijuana Policy Project law to legalize marijuana in Arizona can write a response to this letter to the editor.
Sadly the phoney baloney MPP law actually makes things worse by creating new government entities and private sector entities that love the "War on Drugs" for the money it brings them. If the MPP law legalizes marijuana, why does it create a special police force to arrest people for marijuana crimes???? You can email a letter to the editor of the Arizona Republic at this email address: opinions@arizonarepublic.comWhile I am 100% against the phoney baloney MPP law to legalize marijuana in Arizona, I am 100% for legalizing not just marijuana but ALL drugs. And in fact I wrote both of the RAD initiatives which completely legalize either marijuana or all drugs. http://relegalize.100webspace.net/legalize_marijuana.phpThe folks that supported the sh*tty Prop 203 or Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act gave us the same line of BS, pass the sh*tty law and fix it later. The sh*tty Prop 203 was also written by MPP or the Marijuana Policy Project.
Letter: Legalize pot now, then improve the law Ed Grange 9:08 p.m. MST June 26, 2016 Linda Valdez’s op-ed ("Maybe legal marijuana isn't such a good idea") misses a key point: The choice between legalizing this year and waiting another year for a better law is a false choice. A better one is to legalize this year and then next year go at it again for an improved law. In the meantime, we can start emptying out the judicial and penal system from victimless drug crime and start deflating the drug trafficking networks. Pot smuggling into Arizona from Mexico continues to be a huge drain on our resources and largely can be eliminated by the stroke of the governor’s pen. — Ed Grange, Phoenix
