Here is a blurb from the phoney baloney MPP or Marijuana Policy Project where they openly admit that their initiative to legalize marijuana will not end the black market for marijuana, the cartels that illegally sell marijuana or all the crime associated with the cartels and black market.

I guess this means that any time the folks at MPP come out in a press release and say their initiative will end the black market, end the cartels and end the crime associated with the cartels and black market they know they are lying.
