Here is an interesting email Kathy Inman sent me about a year and a half ago,
which more or less calls me a fool for worrying about the phoney baloney initiative by the Marijuana Policy Project.
In the email Kathy Inman tells me to leave it to her EXPERTS at the MPP. How ironic, Kathy Inman's experts may have made some major mistakes that a first year law student wouldn't have made. From the lawsuit recently filed it sounds like the phoney baloney MPP initiative violates both the "gift clause" and the "single issue" clause in the Arizona Constitution. If the phoney baloney MPP initiative gets thrown out because it's unconstitutional, I think Kathy Inman's experts will have caused the medical marijuana dispensaries to waste $2.5 million on their get rich quick scheme of selling recreational marijuana. The $2.5 million number is what I have heard the folks at MPP raised from the dispensaries to push the initiative. I don't know if that number is correct, but that's what I heard.
