While I am against the phony baloney Prop 205 which doesn't really legalize marijuana, I agree with Bill Betz of Mesa 100%.
It's time to completely re-legalize marijuana. For that matter it's the time to re-legalize ALL drugs. Under Prop 205, almost all of the current marijuana laws will remain on the books and people will continued to be arrested for victimless marijuana crimes. Believe it or not Prop 205 actually creates a "marijuana police force" who's job is to arrest people for victimless marijuana crimes. That's NOT legalization. A lot of Bill Betz's thoughts in this letter will be implemented in the Safer Arizona 2018 initiative to legalize marijuana.
