Blame the people that wrote Prop 205 for it's failure!!!!!

Michael Kielsky sounds like Jason Medar blaming the people who were circulating the AZfrm petitions for the failure of AZfrm to get on the ballot.

The AZFMR initiative didn't get on the ballot because of what the leaders of the AZFRM group did or didn't do. I.e. Jason Medar, Jason Hein and the others.

Don't blame the 200+ people the collected petitions for the failure of the AZFMR leaders. We did a damn good job. And spend thousands of hours of our time trying to legalize marijuana in Arizona.

Prop 205 crashed and burned because it was horrible law written by the special interest groups to benefit the special interest groups. And rip off marijuana consumers. Not because of us freedom fighters who were against it.

Michael Kielsky Pro-legalization opponents of 205 -- you got your win. Are you now going to do the hard work to get marijuana legalized? Or, are those of you who already have your MMJ cards just going to rest on those? It's time to step up. I'm saddened for the thousands of people who will needlessly be made to suffer by the State until this can happen, and I hope at least some of you feel some guilt or regret about that.

And the same thing here:

Mickey Jones Most of us worked almost 2 years trying to get an alternative to Prop 205 via the AZFMR. So don't say we were sitting on our butts for 2 years doing nothing. We all actively opposed the phoney baloney MPP law and tried to get an alternative law on the ballot. I suspect most of us will be working another two years to get a REAL law on the books that REALLY legalizes marijuana. While the Safer Arizona 2018 initiative isn't 100% Libertarian, it does for all practical purposes completely legalize marijuana in Arizona. And it goes far beyond the laws passed in 4 other states. If the Safer Arizona law passes, Arizona will be the first state in the nation to REALLY legalize marijuana.

Mickey Jones And last the blame for the sh*tty Prop 205 law should go on the people that wrote it, MPP or the Marijuana Policy Project, the 85 or so medical marijuana dispensaries in Arizona that supported it and funded it. And the people that pushed it who hoped to become millionaires or billionaires by getting a government monopoly that allowed them to sell recreational marijuana at the rip off price of $4,800 a pound or $300 an ounce. Other names are Kathy Inman, Dave Inman and their son in law Andrew Myers.

Mickey Jones I didn't waste my time trying to get MPP to write a good law because I knew it was all about $$$ MONEY $$$. But many of the people who were against Prop 205 did try to get MPP to write a good law, and they got screwed. Those were the people who were against Prop 205.

Last I am kind of unhappy the the Arizona Libertarian Party rejected supporting the both of the RAD initiative to legalize both marijuana and all drugs.

With the exception of the one line in the initiatives that keeps the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act in force the both of the RAD initiatives are 100% Libertarian.

And both the RAD initiatives would have completely ended the "War on Drugs" in Arizona.

I suspect the Libertarian Party listens too much to loud month talkers like Ernie Hancock, David Dorn and Marc Victor who claim to be Libertarians but are LINOs.

Here is the RAD initiative to legalize marijuana.
