This is the day I talked to Alex and David at the Tempe Library.
I had no desire to talk to David, but he came to the Tempe Library with Alex.
This was when David was yelling at me and the librarian came over and told him to shut up because he was disturbing other people.
We talked about 3 things, one of which had been fixed by Alex.
1) limiting sales tax on marijuana.
we initially placed a cap on it that it couldn't be raised from the date the initiative was written
but that magically disappeared.
I suspect david intentionally deleted it.
Alex came up with a get around which was they couldn't charge a higher rate then the rate on food.
I thought that was great because the state rate on food is a whopping zero.

Alex also gave me his bike on that day.
Alex was running out of gas and we went to Frys and I used my Fry's card to save him something like 10 cents a gallon.
