Or in our case forbidding the government from taxing marijuana is unconstitutional. I’m 99.999% confident that you are wrong on that. But it you are correct it means the Safer Arizona initiative is unconstitutional. This line in the Safer Arizona initiative says: Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I wrote the line and it came from the RAD initiative. Could you please tell me where in the Arizona Constitution that it says this? And if you’re correct, I think that means you should re-file the Safer Arizona initiative and remove the above line from it. That way we won’t have people waste thousands of hours of their time circulating an initiative that is unconstitutional. You should also tell Tom Dean that he is wrong and that you are a much smarter and brighter lawyer then he is. I suspect that Tom Dean agrees with me that it IS CONSTITUTIONAL to forbid the government from taxing something. If you wrong, which I think you are, I think you should apologize to me saying my logic was wrong. You have attacked me with that false line a number of places on Facebook and I think you should post a statement in each place saying you are wrong. Thanks Mickey 2) safer arizona initiative IS a clone of PROP 205 Hey Robert W Clark A number of times you have attacked me and called me a liar for saying that the Safer Arizona initiative is turning into a clone of the evil Prop 205 put out by the evil folks at MPP or the Marijuana Policy Project. You have also attacked me for saying that Tom Dean is trying to water down the Safer Arizona initiative and turn it into a clone of Prop 205. The following text in the Safer Arizona 2018 is almost a word for word copy of the text from the evil Prop 205 put out by the evil folks at the MPP or Marijuana Policy Project. I suspect that Tom Dean either wrote this line, or Tom Dean copies this line from Prop 205 and put it in the Safer Arizona initiative. Safer Arizona text Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Prop 205 Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I think you should apologize to me for your false accusations. I think you should also go to all the places on Facebook where you have falsely accused me of this and apologize and admit that the Safer Arizona initiative is turning into a clone of the evil Prop 205. I reported to the Arizona Elections department that I donated about 4 weeks’ worth of work or 160 hours of my time to Safer Arizona writing custom software for the Safer Arizona initiative to legalize marijuana in 2018.

I’m valuing the software I wrote at $16,000 or $100 per hour. Yea, I know, I’m a homeless person, but $100 an hour is a reasonable rate for writing software for web pages.

I suspect I am underreporting the hours I worked on it if anything. If anybody really wants to they can go thru the log files of but my site and the Safer Arizona site and get a reasonable estimate of the hours I worked on it.

I also reported to the Arizona Elections department that I am donated to Safer Arizona use another $16,000 of software I wrote as include files from other projects I have worked on. I’m just guessing that it took me 160 hours to write those include files. In this case I’m just making a guess that it took me 160 hours to write the original software.

Those include files do a lot of generic stuff, such as connect to the SQL databases, or perform generic functions on data that is being move between the website and SQL files, or just create generic web stuff like create header information. That software was written for the “Americans for Separation of Church and State” website and the CLUK or “Campaign to Legalize Urban Camping” website and some other websites.

While the software was custom written for Safer Arizona, I am retaining ownership of the software and ownership to copyrights of the software. I will continue to control who uses it and who can modify the software. So please if Safer Arizona wants to continue to use the software or modify the software I custom wrote for Safer Arizona please get permission from me in writing.

The same is true for the software I donated to Safer Arizona which I wrote for other sites. I am retaining the ownership of the software and owner ship to the copyrights, and will continue to control who can use and modify the software. So please if Safer Arizona wants to continue to use the software or modify the software I wrote for other sites please get permission from me in writing.

Thanks
