Sorry, but if I am being accused of stealing the stuff from Safer Arizona, that's not true. I wrote a lot of the Safer Arizona 2018 initiative to legalize marijuana in Arizona. And a lot of the Safer Arizona 2018 initiative came from the RAD 2016 initiative which I wrote 100% of. We used the RAD initiative, the Jack Herer initiative and the MPP initiative as a base when we wrote the original Safer Arizona 2018 initiative. And of course that was before it got watered down by Tom Dean. When we initially wrote it, it completely legalize marijuana, with the exception of an age limit of 18 years, and a simple sales tax on marijuana sales that couldn't be greater than the sales tax on food. Deb Staires Congrats . . . I will liken you to Trump at this point. You have stolen it all and your initiatives won't pass. None of them will. Deb Staires Exactly. Nothing. The answer is it's not explicitly in there but it's allowed due to the deletion of the laws that prevent it. Do you understand? Like · Reply · 2 mins Mickey Jones Mickey Jones David Stephen Wisniewski - You are changing the scope of the argument. The initiatives are about MARIJUANA. Nobody is asking Safer to legalize other drugs. If all we did is delete prohibition it would allow adults to sell marijuana to children in schools even though we didn't say it. It's allowed because we deleted the law that prevented it. Does that make sense to you? Michelle Mushee Westenfield Michelle Mushee Westenfield Mickey You can't steal from something you helped create. Remember you helped in the process of creating Safer Arizona's initiative. As well as myself and others. So when you say these things you're really saying them about yourself. And it's sad to see someone continuously do that to themselves. I'm also saddened by the fact that you don't want to see your creation thrive like some of us do, that you would rather continue to throw mud at this seedling rather than try to encourage it to grow, flower and fruit. It's the same type of attitude that made myself and others at Safer resend your seat on the board. We at Safer have not once said anything disparaging about your initiative in any way shape or form. And as a board member I would wish that you would give us the same respect. Like · Reply · 2 · 2 hrs · Edited David Stephen Wisniewski David Stephen Wisniewski Correct. I think most of us fundamentally agree with what used to be the purpose of the RAD initiative however now that it's marketed to sling mud at our initiative it only hurts both causes so I cannot support it anymore. David Stephen Wisniewski David Stephen Wisniewski Mickey Jones you let everyone know last year that you never expect to make the ballot with your initiative but you file it just for the publicity. That's fine. And I can support the conceptual ideas of your initiative but because your hundred word summary attacks our initiative you change the purpose of your entire initiative and the only thing it does to serve now is talk shit about our campaign. Literally you have no purpose with your campaign other than to be rude to our campaign. That's not cool and that's why there's so many people in the community upset with you.
