If you ask me Robert W Clark either doesn't know what the
Safer Arizona initaitive is about or is misleading people.
RAD will be circulating our petitions to legalize drugs at next week's First Friday near downtown Phoenix on Roosevelt between 1st street & 7th Street.
That will be on Friday, June 2, 2017.
We plan to be circulating both petitions.
The 1st petition is to legalize marijuana. Unlike the Safer Arizona petition which doesn't completely legalize marijuana the RAD initiative legalizes marijuana 100%.
Under the Safer Arizona initiative it's a crime to grow marijuana within 1000 feet of a school. Under the Safer Arizona initiative it's also a crime to sell marijuana within 1000 feet of a school. The Safer Arizona initiative only allows you to grow a 48 marijuana plants without getting a license from the government. The Safer Arizona initiative also allows city and counties to use zoning laws to limit the number of marijuana businesses. Kind of like a mini version of the evil Prop 205.
The RAD initiative allows you to grow unlimited amounts of marijuana any where in the state without a stinking license and sell marijuana anywhere without a license. The RAD initiative also forbids the government from using zoning laws to limit the number of marijuana businesses.

RAD will also be circulating out other initiative which legalizes all drugs. That includes marijuana along with heroin, cocaine, mushrooms, LSD and meth.
RAD doesn't encourage people to use these drugs, but RAD does think that the drugs should be 100% legal, and that any abuse problems should be treated as medical problems, not criminal problems.
Here is a link to the RAD initiative to legalize ALL drugs:

Last RAD is looking for people to circulate our petitions.
We do think the marijuana community wants an initiative that legalizes marijuana 100% and doesn't have any restrictions on marijuana, unlike the Safer Arizona initiative which has numerous restrictions.
So send RAD a message if you interested in helping.
Last here is a link that compares the RAD initiative to the Safer Arizona initiative. Sadly it isn't even a fair fight and the Safer Arizona initiative loses on all counts:

Robert W Clark No Mickey you are wrong under the Safer initiative you can grow personal but you can not grow commercially or sell near a school. Please read our initiative if you are going to reference it.
Robert W Clark You can grow as long as your landlord is ok with it or you own the property. You can not grow more than 48 near a school.
Robert W Clark A home Garden is 49+ plants.
Robert W Clark True
Robert W Clark If you want to engage in a business you need a tax license.
Robert W Clark They can not limit cannabis businesses, they can regulate all businesses but can not discriminate against cannabis.
Robert W Clark No they can not they have to treat cannabis like any other business. No discrimination.
Robert W Clark They are not allowed to zone strictly cannabis, if they do not want commercial cannabis grows in am area they have to zone out all agricultural grows in that area.
Robert W Clark No Mickey that is something I suggested.
Robert W Clark You were voted out because of how you treated the other board members and going off on social media without reading the initiative.
Robert W Clark Our initiative is not anything like Prop 205.
Zachary Ocker Mickey knows he was voted out because he went off the deep end. He just isn't able to own up to his own mistakes. It's how he operates
Robert W Clark Mickey we have a board that had to agree upon all language, Tom was not responsible for most changes. We had many meetings and voted for all language changes. You were apart of this board, but you would not show up for meetings, you would go on rants about language that was not in the initiative and would not read what was being voted on. Your vote was 1 but not the only one.
Alex Gentry No mickey I told you that you were wrong about growing. I told you that it cannot be visible. I also said that if you live by a school and you grow on your private property you have that right. Again it can't be visible from the street.
