Today on July 25th, 2016 at 8:00AM I went to the at Kyle Catlin Clemency Hearing.
The hearing was at:

The hearing started over an hour and a half late. It was supposed to start at 8 am, but it didn't start until after 9:30 am. What do you expect from government employees. Especially mean spirited *ssholes who work for the Department of Corrections.
Kyle Catlin was on video from one of the Arizona State Prisons. What you didn't see is thru out the hearing he was handcuffed.
The only reason the audience found out he was handcuffed was because when he was told to read a prepared statement he told one of the hearing officers that he was having a hard time reading it because he was handcuffed.
I suspect the camera angle was rigged to prevent viewers from seeing his handcuffs.
Kyle Catlin is proof that if you demand your right to a jury trial the government will screw you.
Several times during the hearing it was said that if you accept a plea bargain for the crimes Kyle Catlin was convicted of you would normally get probation.
But Kyle Catlin got 4 years in prison.
It only took a few minutes into to the hearing to determine that it was rigged and the mean spirited *ssholes what were holding it would not give Kyle Catlin a fair treatment.
One of the officers holding the hearing was a mean sadistic bitch. She would routinely ask questions and then interrupt Kyle Catlin as he was answering them and not allow him to fully answer the question.
The hearing officers frequently turned petty trivial issue into major issue. The hearing officers accused him of being arrested in Montana for having "dangerous drugs". I thought they were referring to meth or some other nasty drug. Turns out that arrested was for a petty marijuana crime that involved marijuana resin in a pipe. What petty bullsh*t.
Kyle Catlin was given a general discharge for a minor drinking incident that occurred off the base in the military.
The way the hearing officer presented that made it sound like Kyle Catlin was responsible for helping Hitler kill most of the 6 million Jews her murdered.
We have heard this before at other hearings. It seems that everybody agreed that Kyle Catlin didn't know he was doing anything illegal.
Basically he was following the rules of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act to the letter. But as it turns out the cops and courts have said that the AMMA doesn't mean what it says and have twisted the rules around to make them mean something they don't says.
But dispute the fact that everybody agrees that Kyle Catlin didn't know what he was doing was illegal, the b*stards in the government want to get a pound of flesh from him.
Kyle Catlin said several times that he consulted with his lawyers to make sure everything he was doing was legal. Hell he even consulted with Pima County attorney to make sure what he was doing was legal. But the mean spirited government *ssholes that held the hearing said that wasn't good enough.
When the hearing was almost over you didn't have to be a pschic to know that Kyle Catlin was going to get railroaded.
And Kyle Catlin did get railroaded. The mean spirited sadistic b*stards voted 3-0 not to help him.
The is a perfect example of why people hate the police and government.
