Published on Apr 17, 2016 This is a sad story of Gary Treistman. A loving Dad who just wanted to be a father to his daughter and have the courts get out of his life. This is an example of how when a court makes up their mind as to which way a case is going to go, they dig their heels in and regardless of the evidence before it, stick with their initial decision. If there is ever an example of a self directed verdict, this is it. When CPS gets on board, it all piles up and there is no escaping it. |
