Homeless in Arizona

David Borkoski loves his government overlords

Some people don't mind kissing the *sses of their government masters.

If you ask me this is kind of like thanking an armed robber for only stealing your money and not stealing your clothes.

But hey, if David Borkoski or Scottsdale worships government who am I to tell him he is wrong.

Letter: Poor tax service - until I saw them in person

David Borkoski 11:26 p.m. MST August 20, 2016

A few weeks after filing my Arizona income taxes I received a dreaded "notice" from Arizona Department of Revenue.

I found that their phone tree was impenetrable. However, I followed their instructions and sent the requested additional information; a second notice followed, which I responded to with a letter. Then a third notice came and I had to visit the AZDOR office in person.

Not knowing what to expect other than some red tape, I was pleasantly surprised to find hard-working, dedicated professionals who were assigned to address my problem. After a short discussion, I was able to satisfy their inquiries and was granted my substantial return.

Kudos to the AZDOR and all the hard-working government employees there. We are getting our money’s worth of effort from these workers.
